It has been a pleasure working with Yvonne as my realtor.  Yvonne is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry.  As my agent, she "held my hand" through the home buying process.  Since I was a first time home buyer, Yvonne was very patient with me in explaining every detail of the process in a way that was easy for me to understand.
